1. Introduction & Commitment

Miss Knight's Grocery LLC (“Knights Express,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a store-owned hyperlocal delivery service originating from 420 E Union St, Titusville, FL 32780. We believe in customer privacy sovereignty: we collect only what is strictly necessary to fulfill your grocery orders and satisfy Florida statutory obligations, and we never sell your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Contact Information: Name, verified email address, phone number, and delivery address.
• Geographic Coordinates: Delivery latitude and longitude derived from your typed street address via server-side geocoding to calculate store radius bounds.
• Order & Transaction Records: Purchased items, substitutions, fulfillment timestamps, tips, delivery notes, and payment hold records processed through Stripe. (We do not store your raw credit card numbers or security codes).
• Statutory Age Verification Evidence: For orders containing alcohol (under Fla. Stat. § 561.57) or nicotine (under Fla. Stat. § 569.45), our riders capture recipient date of birth, government ID expiration date, ID type, recipient signature, and physical ID verification photos.

3. Storage & Protection of Identification Evidence

Government identification photographs, delivery signatures, and proof-of-delivery images are classified as sensitive PII. They are stored in an encrypted private cloud bucket inaccessible to the public. Access is restricted to authorized store compliance staff via cryptographic signed URLs that expire after 60 seconds. Every access event is immutably recorded in an audit access log. Verification evidence is retained only for the statutory period required by Florida law and is automatically purged thereafter.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure Providers

We partner with secure, audited infrastructure vendors to deliver our service:

• Stripe: Payment authorization, capture, and refunds.
• Supabase: Encrypted PostgreSQL database and private evidence storage.
• Resend: Transactional order confirmations and statutory notices.
• Sentry: Application error tracking with automated PII scrubbing (no cookies, cards, or ID data).
